15th Century German Artwork of St. Valentine
The text at the top reads:
“Sant Valetin but got für uns” — “Saint Valentine prays to God for us”
And the word in the middle-right area is “Zurusach” — referring to Zurzach, a town in Switzerland that is known for housing relics of Saint Valentine.
